A Quixote Like You Never Imagined, I wonder how it'll go down in Spain? With Warner Bros. behind it there, will they give it a wide release?

Given their line-up, Warner Bros. Spain doesn't seem to be used to confidential releases : http://www.warnerbros.es/
Given the subject matter and the strong Spanish cast, I guess the release will be quite wide. In France, they plan to have one of the widest release for a Gilliam film (around 300 screens, between the numbers of Parnassus and 12 monkeys)( If the film gets the right to be released of course ![]()

Oh, it's getting released, don't you worry about that. NOTHING, but NOTHING will stop it's French release, Branco can just bugger off!

The justice hearing deciding of the fate of the Cannes screening is taking place this morning. Gilliam won't attend, as he can't bear the stress (sources say he suffered a little stroke Saturday and needs rest : http://next.liberation.fr/cinema/2018/05...ti_1648241 )

Bloody hell! I hope he's OK.

Apparently it was just a warning sign, not an actual stroke, just a lot of stress...

Oh, I can imagine, but will he be well enough to attend Cannes, providing the case goes his way?

Fingers and toes crossed.....
