As long as it's nothing too serious, but Gilliam has been prone to bouts of stress related attacks before. For example, during the making of Brazil, he got so stressed he lost all feeling in his legs for a week. What this sounds like is a panic attack, not as bad but still serious. I hope Branco is proud of himself.

That would have been a tremendous announcement if they just put the news that A24 will release the film in America, everybody would have cheered, now it's just another day with this "cursed film" nonsense and those kind of opinions :

What the hell does this even mean for Don Quixote? Perhaps Amazon's already gotten a feel for how the court is going to lean, and doesn't want to deal with Branco or his rights disputes? Or maybe Don Quixote, well, isn't very good?

Most of the British tabloids are claiming he HAS had a stroke, even though we know it's nothing of the kind. I wish they get their facts right.

Once Quixote premiers in Cannes, it'll silence all the doubters, as the festival has been very supportive of the film and of Gilliam. Anyway, I suspect A24 wanted to wait for the Cannes premier to make that announcement. I only hope this leak about Amazon doesn't force their hand.

He's a dick. How would he be privy to the reasons of Amazon decisions ? Amazon which didn't want to be part of the film in 2016 because he was attached to it, by the way.
Journalists are eating all his bullshit without fact-checking anything.
