According to this article, Keith Fulton and Louis Pepe (Lost in La Mancha) are shooting a new making-of-documentary for Quixote.
Also IndieWire, ScreenCrush, and Looper are all reporting the great news.

Amazon Studios just confirmed they're co-producing the film.
So you can at least expect a theatrical release in America.

Well, that's good news. Amazon Studios have deals with the likes of IFC, Roadside Attractions and A24, the latter of which distributed Room and Moonlight, and Roadside were behind Manchester By The Sea. Internationally, I know Amazon have a deal with StudioCanal, whether this will guarantee distribution in the UK or parts of Europe remains to be seen.

I'm surprised there's been no other leaked images from the set, (wherever they're filming), they seem to have been keeping a low profile and getting on with it. Probably for the best really, any publicity is bound to attract trouble.
