It's made more in it's one day screening than it did in most European countries!! To be fair, America is a bigger country, but it looks like the publicity Terry did in interviews, especially on Jimmy Fallon, where he came on dancing!! https://www.facebook.com/Terry.Gilliam/v...675378072/

It seems the closed captioning for Quixote on Amazon Prime Video (at least in the U.S.) is terrible:

Thanks to Deramin (@otdderamin) on Twitter for pointing this out.

He should put an @amazon or @primevideo in his tweets, maybe they would fix it.
Amazon Prime has apparently a bad habit of cutting corners for their subtitles or dubbing... Here in France, a few weeks ago, some people spotted a foreign film available on Prime only through a dubbed version where all the french dubbing was done by a robot voice (think Alexa acting) : only one male and one female voice automatically reading the script with no nuance, and also with pronunciation or grammar errors (and when characters yell, the 2 voices combine !) so yeah apparently Amazon prime is really shitty on that front. Anyway when amazon was put to shame on twitter over this matter, they at least took the film out of their platform : maybe they would correct quixote's subs if they've been made aware of it.
