1884 : yesterday's future - bruttenholm - 01-05-2018

The animated feature film produced by Gilliam and directed by his long-time visual effects collaborator Tim Ollive seems to live again... Not much had been heard about the project since the first promo teaser several years ago but it will be the object of a work-in-progress presentation at the festival Animation First in New York next month :

Apparently Gilliam won't be in attendance but a recorded interviw with him about the project will be screened : http://fiaf.org/animation/index.shtml

Quote:It's been a long time siince we posted but we are still here and marching onwards. Director, Tim Ollive has completed the animatic guide for the whole film and we are now ready to go into production once the finance is in place. To celebrate that fact, here is a short teaser we created from the animatic. I hope you like it!
