Monty Python's Fliegender Zirkus is a real curio. I have it on steam powered VHS, somewhere. I don’t think it was ever released on DVD. Nice that it will be available officially for people.

So do I, it was released on DVD in America and Australia. The first episode was in German, the second wasn't. Gilliam contributed animation, from vandalising Albrecht Dürer's artwork to mountains being eaten.

It looks like Life of Brian (and likely the rest of the Python catalog) won't be hitting U.S. Netflix until 2019: https://twitter.com/montypython/status/1...5495081984

Monty Python's Flying Circus, documentaries, Life of Brian, and more are now on Netflix, US. Missing are the Meaning of Life and the Holy Grail.
