Gilliam talks a bit about about his script for Carnival at the End of Days / The Apocalypse Fair and puts another request out into the universe to have Elon Musk (noted conspiracy theorist and CTO of one of the world's largest digital soapboxes) to foot the bill. Also, he really likes wearing this shirt in interviews.
BTW, I've mostly read and seen online (and from Gilliam himself, of course) that Carnival at the End of Days is the official title of the script, but Letterboxd has The Apocalypse Fair as the title (and doesn't list his co-writer).
