The film won't be in Cannes. Thierry Frémaux answered to a journalist about this film and he seemed to say that the court case prevented it from showing (though he might have used it as a diplomatic excuse, too).
As usual, Frémaux will announce 1 or 2 films to complement the selection later, MAYBE the film will be part of that...
