Yeah, technically, legally, the ruling hasn't put an injunction on stopping the film getting a release, so it could get a premiere at Cannes, indeed Ocean Films (the French distributor) are confident it'll get a release at Cannes. Oh, and Terry has been at it again on Facebook, clearly they don't have an equivalent of contempt of court in France.
