There's another Quixote movie!

Just found this out today. An independent studio in California has just completed Don Quixote: The Ingenious Gentleman of La Mancha, set for a release next year. And they already have a poster:



I don't know if Terry's aware of this adaptation. But this reminds me of that aborted Fred Schepisi project:

That's a lot of directors for one movie. I have a feeling it's a straight-to-dvd or TV movie. Anyway, it looks to be a direct adaptation of the original book, while Gilliam's version promises to be something more.
