So sad to hear of the passing of Bob McCabe, author of (amon others) maybe the greatest book about Gilliam oeuvre, "Dark Knights & Holy Fools" and "Dreams and Nightmares" of the (unauthorized) book about the making of "The Brothers Grimm".
Personally "Dark Knights..." remains one of the seminal books for me as it clearly opened my mind about filmmaking, and Gilliam career in particular.

That is sad news.
I agree with you about Dark Knights. Was a God send at the time and remains in my library.
