BrainDead TV Miniseries (2016) - cclark - 07-28-2018
BrainDead (no relation to the Peter Jackson film) was a planned 4 season summer TV series, which aired months before the 2016 U.S. Election. I was able to watch it twice back then, and I've been thinking how more relevant it seems today. It jumps around different genres (sci-fi, political satire, thriller, comedy, and yes, even musicals (thanks to the recaps by geek rocker Jonathan Coulton)) with aplomb.
