Interview with Gilliam about 'Quixote' - cclark - 02-03-2014 Interview: Terry Gilliam On Rewriting 'Don Quixote,' His Role In 'Jupiter Ascending' & Lacking Diplomacy via The Playlist There's also a bit about the Good Omens script. RE: Interview with Gilliam about 'Quixote' - bruttenholm - 02-03-2014 I find it interesting that Gilliam now links his Good Omens script to the TV adaptation project... RE: Interview with Gilliam about 'Quixote' - Packer - 02-04-2014 I do think Good Omens would work better as a TV mini-series as Gilliam hinted. It sorta reminded me of why he felt Watchmen wouldn't work in the 2 1/2 hour runtime (granted, the eventual movie was longer than that, but still). RE: Interview with Gilliam about 'Quixote' - Donald McKinney - 02-04-2014 At least we also know where The Defective Detective is as well, I hope Gilliam can get Paramount and Scott Rudin to either make it or give him the rights back so he can do it elsewhere. RE: Interview with Gilliam about 'Quixote' - TlatoSMD - 02-08-2014 I sure wouldn't mind a 6-8 hour TV epic, provided Terry's directing it, they're allowing him to use his Magic Eyes wide-angles, and it's gonna star Johnny Depp and Robin Williams. It'd be the only series I'd own on DVD besides Quantum Leap. |
