RD: I've got a few left for sure. On the back burner, which probably may never happen, I am supposed to play Don Quixote with Terry Gilliam in a European production. Sometimes it's easier to raise $100 million than $5 million for a film project.

In a new interview, Robert Duvall confirms he would be Quixote if the film is made but he isn't absolutely optimist about the making of it :

At the end of this article, Gilliam confirms that Depp is out (which we all knew, anyway), as he is too old.
